Gopal Shaha is an Electrical Engineer with specialized expertise in energy management, renewable energy, and utilities of industrial operations. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) accredited by SREDA under the Power Division, Ministry of Power, Energy & Mineral Resources, Bangladesh. Currently serving as Manager, Business Development at FBSC, he leads multidisciplinary teams in delivering comprehensive industrial energy audits across diverse sectors, including textile, ceramics, food and beverage, paper, IT, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and steel. He has achieved measurable fuel cost reductions, optimized utility performance, ensured compliance with ISO 50001:2018, and supported renewable energy feasibility and evaluation assessments. He possesses substantial experience in plant design and engineering documentation, including P&IDs, fire safety system design, and the preparation of Balance of Plant (BOP) proposals for LPG import, storage, cylinder refilling, and cylinder manufacturing facilities. Additionally, he has developed structured training materials on project management and contributed to the establishment and implementation of Project Management Offices (PMOs) within organizations.
He holds an M.Tech in Green Energy Technology from Pondicherry University and a B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from City University, Bangladesh.
